The
project is located in a commercial zone and near the University
of Costa Rica, the client contracts our services for redesigning
two existing units of apartments in his property, and in addition
to add five new apartments to the set.
The project is divided then in three parts: at the front two
new apartments located in the second level above the entrance;
at the center the two existing units; and to the bottom of
the property three more units, one by floor.
Due
to the high density that the project presents, we wanted to
implement the maximum of free areas of the property in to
green areas.

That way the project will have sufficient space for a suitable
natural ventilation and lightning in each of the apartments.
