The house is located in Mata de Platano of Guadalupe, a lot with a panoramic view of the urban North-South profile of the city of San Jose. The simple requirements and the limited budget gave us the initial parameters for starting the development of the project. The desire of the client was to live in a 2nd level to maximize the view and its privacy, for which we located the garage and the laundry area in the first level, and the rest of the spaces in the second floor. In order to reduce costs we designed a structural system in steel H type beams and columns, for fast and easy assembly, in addition we used a light walls and floor system.
