Martin
House is a vocational house for renting. The main facade is
totally opened with great views of the Pacific Ocean from any
point of the interior, it also takes advantage of the coastal
breezes to refresh the house all day long.
The project consists of a social area with living, dining and
kitchen integrated to an external terrace and a small pool.
The main bedroom possesses a private
terrace that communicates with the pool and the main terrace.
In the second level we have two bedrooms with its respective
ocean view balconies, and a small family room with a private
balcony with the same ocean view, all the spaces have access
to a common bath.

materials as typical woods of the zone were utilized, as well
as ceramics, concrete and glass in order to have a minimum maintenance
and greater duration.
