The Nios House is located in a ocean view property, in a land of high slope, which was already made in terraces and with no type of important vegetation.

To take advantage of each one the levels we distributed all the requirements of the project, beginning with the topest level, where the house is located, with a central patio that acts as the main space distributor. The social area is located on the first floor: kitchen, living/dining/piano area, guest bath and terrace.

The private area is located on the second floor, where the the main dormitories are, as well as the guest room. In the back, a tower is located, and it fits in its base the laundry and storage, the top has a viewpoint that exceeds the height of the house.

On a lower level the swimming pool and an open terrace are located. Finally, the inferior level, in front of the street it is where the guard house is located.
