This project is located in Manuel Antonio. The property already had a rental house, so the project was planned to be to the side of it, in order to to take advantage of the view.

The project has a main house that has two main bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen rooms, a second floor with a more private living area/library, as well as an attached laundry room and an office that will work also as the rental office for the 3 rental units down below of the main house.

The roof of the units will work as a terrace for the guests and the pool. There is also a guest room at the same level of the pool, with an outside access, that can function for familiar/friends visits or as another rental unit.

The house will have a very minimal clean look, because of the small pallet of materials choosed, like grey stone floors, white concrete walls, tinted windows, and cedar wood for all fixed furnitures.
